Salon Reopening Update
STUDIO 20 IS OPEN.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT -- Please call our salon at 802-254-5900 to book your appointment.
Please note, at this time we will not be doing waxing or beard trims.
THE “NEW NORMAL” -- What to expect when you come to your next appointment, and until further notice:
● Masks will be required by all who enter the salon
● A temperature check will be done at the door
● A health liability release form for all clients to sign (please be honest)
● No one will be allowed into the salon if they or someone they have been around are or
have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 24 hrs.
● Clients will call from outside upon arrival for appointment. If you do not have a phone,
please knock on the door as it will be locked. If it’s a nice day and the door is open,
please DO NOT enter, say “Hello” and someone will be right with you.
● You will be required to wash your hands upon entry for 20 seconds, stylists too.
● One client per stylist at a time. No extra people will be permitted in the salon.
● No outside food or drink permitted at this time.
● No hugging or hand shaking :(
● Please keep personal belongings to a minimum.
CLEANING & SANITATION: Our new routine takes time, so please be patient as we sanitize our work stations and the salon after each client. Contact time for our EPA approved disinfectant is 10 minutes. Due to the increased sanitation and amount of product now being used daily, we are implementing a sanitation fee of $3.50 per visit. This fee directly helps cover our increased sanitation expenses.
CANCELLATION, LATE, NO-SHOW POLICY:
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. No-show appointments will incur 100% of the service amount.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule your appointment if your services cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Although, you may be able to receive some but not all of your scheduled services, (ex.not enough time to blowdry your hair or have your eyebrows waxed). Your stylist will make that decision. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time (ex.10 a.m. appointment and you call after 10:15 a.m.) it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged 100% of your service scheduled.
REPEAT OFFENDERS
If you consistently cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, after the second time, you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellations list.
We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients are given one (1) grace appointment per year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations or no-shows.
