SALON POLICIES


​CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to make it to your appointment we reserved especially for you, please call the salon to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a Cancellation Fee which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you are a NO SHOW for your appointment, you will be subject to a No-Show Fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation or No-Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the next appointment. We understand that life may get in the way and some circumstances may be unavoidable for you to cancel your appointment and or not show. Fees may be waived in these instances, but only with management approval.

LATE POLICY
Should you run 10 minutes or more behind,
you may be asked to give up a portion of your service
(Ex: blow-dry) or reschedule your appointment and incur a last-minute rescheduling fee of $25.


RETURN POLICY
All retail sales are final


“RE-DO” POLICY
Of course we want you to love your hair but if for any reason you are unhappy, you have one week to come back for us to adjust it for you. All colors may be subject to an extra charge.
