CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
If you are unable to make the appointment we reserved especially for you, please call the salon to reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs. notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 cents per minute of your reserved appointment time.
Should you arrive too late for your stylist to successfully complete your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to give up a portion of your service (ex…blow-dry) or incur a late fee of $1 per minute for time we reserved for you that day. Then you may reschedule your appointment.
NO SHOW
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be subject to a
“NO SHOW” fee of $1 per minute for time reserved especially for you.
Cancellation and no-show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before your next appointment.
We understand that some circumstances may be unavoidable for you to cancel in a timely manner. Fees may be waived in these instances, but with management approval only.
RE-DO’S
Of course we want you to love your hair, but if for some reason you need an adjustment, you have one week to come back. All colors may be subject to and extra charge.
